Bonne Vivante is the brainchild of Kathie “Kat’ Scalf, an industry veteran with over 2 decades of hands-on experience in food, beverage, and hospitality, with a deeply specialized knowledge of wine and spirits.
Realizing the dynamics of the alcohol world were shifting rapidly and with more uncertainty than ever before, I launched Bonne Vivante as an opportunity to offer my assets as a salesperson, visionary, market manager, educator, mentor, and leader to growing businesses as they navigate the choppy waters of the industry.
Bonne Vivante is a 360-degree consulting company rooted in the alcohol and hospitality space. From full-scale brand sales support to private tastings and interactive sensory experiences, curating inventory for retail stores and beverage programs, and even FOH restaurant training programs, if it lies within the world of wine, spirits, and customer service, I can provide guidance.
